I&#8217;m Shelley. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My mission is to provide gymnastics coaching and support to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Children in recreational classes who want to spend additional time on their skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gymnasts who want dedicated individual support with goals and progression planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Children who are not yet ready to attend classes due to anxiety or other needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parents exploring whether gymnastics is the sport for their child<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am a recreational and preschool gymnastics coach with 14 years experience in my local community club. I joined when I was 10 years old, and loved it so much that I never left! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have been planning and leading General Gym classes since 2016, and teach all ages from preschool to 18. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My favourite part of coaching is getting to know the gymnasts as individuals and finding out what they want from gym. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some are driven and skills focused. Some like to enjoy sport with their friends.
